Zeenat Zonte was recently named as Vice President of Non-Delegated Correspondent to lead the channel’s growth and serve as the primary point of contact for customers. Zonte brings deep experience in correspondent lending and will focus on onboarding new sellers, strengthening relationships, and ensuring a streamlined execution process.
Newfi’s non-delegated correspondent platform offers a full suite of Non-QM programs, including full documentation Non-QM loans, bank statement loans, asset utilization and asset depletion solutions, and DSCR programs for real estate investors.
